What you're buying
RecordReady is a digital product delivered through a members website. It includes the guide, a setup checklist, a warm-up tracker and sending-limit planner (Excel and CSV for Google Sheets), and a PDF of the current version. You sign in with your email address using a one-time link; there is no password. Your purchase includes free updates for 12 months from purchase, delivered through the members site. We date every change in the changelog.
The free record checker is a separate public tool. Using it doesn't require a purchase.
Licence
- The kit is licensed to you, the buyer, for your own use, including setting up domains you or your business send from.
- You may use the guide, checklist and planner for your own sending, and for clients you set up yourself, but you may not hand them the kit's files.
- You may not resell, share or publish the kit, its files or your sign-in links, or use it to make a competing product.
Not legal advice, no inbox guarantee
The kit is general information about email standards and inbox providers' published rules, from the sources listed in it, as of the dates shown. It is not legal advice. Inbox providers decide where mail lands, and their rules change. You are responsible for your own sending and for following the laws that apply to your recipients.
What we don't guarantee
We don't guarantee inbox placement, open or reply rates, sales or any other result. Your results depend on your list, your messages and how recipients react.
Payment
Payments are processed by Stripe, our payment provider. The price is ฿990 (about US$29), charged in Thai baht (THB). If your card is in another currency, your bank converts it and sets the final amount. Your card details go directly to Stripe; we never see or store your card number.
Tax invoices
eBuyz is not VAT-registered, so prices do not include VAT and we cannot issue tax invoices. The receipt email you get after paying is your proof of payment.
Refunds

Liability
To the extent the law allows, our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid for RecordReady, and we are not liable for indirect losses, including lost sales, blocked domains or mailboxes, or fines. This does not affect any rights you have under Thai consumer protection law.
